Professional profile
I work at the intersection of coaching practice, coach learning, methodology and football leadership.
My experience has taken me across the UK, Mexico and Asia and has included academy coaching, coach mentoring, senior-team leadership, programme development and technical direction. That breadth shapes how I think: the quality of the player experience depends on the quality and alignment of the environment around them.
I am particularly interested in individual development plans, game-model design, tactical periodisation, coach observation and feedback, player pathways and translating a football identity into everyday practice.
Selected journey
Current leadership role
Built a player-development academy from three to more than 120 players, creating an ages 3–18 pathway, coaching methodology, game models, individual development plans and coach-development processes.
2021
Supported coaches through observation, feedback and action planning, including coaches progressing through UEFA C qualifications.
2020
Led an operational review and standards reset across an international academy programme, connecting expectations to clearer delivery processes.
Earlier career
Developed coaching experience across youth academies and senior football in the UK, Mexico and Asia.
